1 Please ensure you show valid identification at the receptionist desk.
2 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A 50$ penalty will applied for any violation.
3 No pets allowed.
4 Please keep the house clean and tidy. If you need assistance with housekeeping, please inform us during working hour. Please dispose your rubbish in the bin.
5 When not in use, turn off electrical appliances such as air conditioners, lights, etc.
6 When the air conditioner is in use, please ensure that all windows and doors are properly closed.
7 Kindly return household items to their original place after using them.
8 We will ask guests to cover the cost of any damages or missing items.
9 Do not flush wet wipes, sanitary towels, tampons, or any hard objects down the toilet.
10 Please avoid blocking the kitchen sink with food scraps. Kindly use the provided basket to catch scraps when washing up.
11 Please do not use the room towels provided as floor mat.
12 Any kind of noise pollution is not allowed. Loud speaker is not allowed.
13 Guests are responsible for taking care of their own valuable belongings.
14 Please park your vehicle under your own risk. Please park properly to allow other vehicles to pass without blocking drive way.
15 We value open communication and treating each other with respect.
16 Working hours: 7:00Am-11:00AM and 1:00PM-5:00PM. Assistance outside these hours is for emergencies only.
17 Complimentary breakfast is served at our restaurant from 8:00AM to 10:00am. Please note that room service is not available.
18 Gambling, prostitution, illegal drugs, and any form of violence are strictly prohibited on the property.
19 Weapons, toxic substances, explosive and flammable items are not permitted on the property.
20 Please do not move the furniture of the bungalow without the consent of the property management.
21 Check-in time is 14:00, Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
22 Late check out after 11AM to 17:00 will be charge 50% of room rate, and after 17:00 will be charges 100% of the room rate.
23 For safety reason, please inform the receptionist for valid identification paper of your visitors.
24 Any negligent of room key usage or loses, will be charged.
